9. Hosting and Technical Service Providers

Our website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany.

Personal data collected through this website may be processed on Mittwald's servers. To the extent that Mittwald processes personal data on our behalf, such processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

As part of the hosting services, so-called access logs are processed for the purposes of technical provision, system security and website stability. In particular, the following data may be processed:

  • IP address,
  • directory protection user,
  • date and time of access,
  • pages accessed,
  • protocol information,
  • status code,
  • amount of data transferred,
  • referrer URL,
  • user agent,
  • hostname.

According to Mittwald, IP addresses are stored in access logs only in anonymised form. The last one to three digits of the IP address are removed. The anonymised data is retained for 60 days.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and technically reliable provision of our online services.
