Our Mission

momentum was founded on the conviction that success in court should not depend on unequal financial resources. By providing capital, strategic support and structuring expertise, momentum enables claimants to pursue complex disputes on equal footing with well-resourced counterparties.

Accountability & Responsibility

We prioritize cases that hold wrongdoing parties accountable and help safeguard the integrity of the markets in which our clients operate.

But we are equally conscious of our own responsibility: we finance only cases with a substantial legal and economic foundation. This discipline not only protects our investors, but also the integrity of the legal system.

Access to Justice

We enable claimants to pursue meritorious claims that would otherwise be impractical due to cost, duration, or power imbalance.

Partnership

Litigation finance only works where there is genuine alignment of interests. Our structures are therefore built around transparency, trust, and long-term collaboration with our clients.

Positive Impact

Impact sits alongside legal, financial, and risk considerations in how we evaluate cases. By safeguarding market integrity, we aim to create lasting impact well beyond the individual case.
